About

I work at the intersection of sport, technology and artificial intelligence, helping clubs, academies and sports organisations turn their ideas into smart digital products that actually work. I have built complete digital sports ecosystems from scratch — from platforms and mobile apps to AI agents and chatbots. My experience covers: • Building AI agents that automate repetitive work: answering enquiries, triaging requests, following up with clients, and executing actions inside academy systems • Designing and developing chatbots in Arabic and English for the public, players, coaches and parents • Integrating large language models (LLMs) into products and platforms: smart assistants, content generation, knowledge search and data summarisation • Designing and developing sports websites, apps and platforms (academies, clubs, coaches) • Connecting systems: CRM, ERP, payment gateways and process automation • Turning coaches' and administrators' needs into a clear product spec and implementation plan I work in Arabic and English, and I offer practical consultations for coaches, academy directors and sports startups: where to start with AI, which solution fits your budget, and how to avoid the common mistakes when building sports digital products.
