About

I am a performance analyst and football scout with experience in professional football environments and youth sectors, having worked with ZED Academy, Kafr El-Sheikh SC, Al Najma SC (Saudi Arabia) and S.M.S Sporting Management, alongside independent work as an analyst and tactical writer. My work focuses on performance and tactical analysis, match and opposition analysis, video analysis, scouting and talent identification, and producing detailed, actionable reports. I also have experience in telestration, tagging, presentation and communication, with a focus on turning match observations and analysis into practical insights that help develop players and improve team performance. I hold a number of specialised certificates in tactical and performance analysis from Barça Innovation Hub, in addition to scouting and talent identification courses from The FA, PFSA, IPSO and others, and I am currently completing the Football Scouting diploma at Barça Innovation Hub. My professional goal is to grow as a performance analyst and scout who combines tactical understanding, video analysis, scouting and data analysis to add real value to player development and support decision-making within teams.
