Mental Strength in Athletes
This course builds athletes’ mental strength — the hidden dimension behind every standout performance — across four integrated units. It starts from a core distinction between performance (execution quality, what the athlete controls) and outcome (shaped by factors beyond control), framing mental strength as a set of trainable capacities: confidence, motivation, focus, anxiety control and mindset development. The units progress from individual strength and attention, to collective strength and team dynamics, to emotional regulation and the coach’s leadership, and finally to integrated application in the high-performance environment — grounded in references, elite real-world examples and practical exercises.
