High Athletic Performance Across Environments
This course addresses how to achieve high athletic performance within diverse, changing environments, across four integrated units. It starts from the idea that high performance is not produced in a vacuum, but within multiple human, cultural and technological environments: different generations within the team, shifting learning cultures, and accelerating training technologies — and mastering leadership and coaching in these environments is a condition for sustainable performance. The units progress from generational diversity, to learning and commitment in the network age, to training technology and quality preparation, and finally integrated application in managing diversity and learning — with very recent references (2023–2025) and leadership maps and tools.
