Official rules
Terms, rules and instructions
By entering the contest you accept these rules. Read them once: they are short and fair.
1. Organiser and scope
The Best Football Coach Contest 2026 (best football coach in the Arab world) is organised by Champions Hub (champions-hub.com).
It runs on the Champions Q assessment engine and consists of six online levels, 0 to 5: Level 0 has 30 questions and Levels 1 to 5 have 50 each.
The contest opens on publication and closes on {date} at 23:59 Cairo time.
2. Eligibility
Open to football coaches who are nationals of, or resident in, a country of the Arab world.
Entrants must be 18 years or older on the day they enter.
One account per person. A coach who enters with more than one account is removed from the ranking.
Employees of Champions Hub and its partners, and their immediate families, may take the levels but are not eligible for prizes.
3. Levels, fees and attempts
Level 0 and Level 5 are free. Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 cost $5 each, paid through the Champions Hub checkout.
Levels open in order: a level opens only after the previous one has been submitted.
Each level allows exactly one attempt. A submitted attempt is final and cannot be repeated.
No refunds: once a level is paid for, the amount cannot be refunded, whether the attempt was started or not, whatever the grade.
Level 0 has 30 questions in 20 minutes. Levels 1 to 5 have 50 questions each with limits of 32, 35, 36, 40 and 45 minutes respectively, set from the time real coaches take per question. When the time ends, the answers saved so far are scored.
4. Scoring and ranking
Points = the grade on a level (0 to 100) multiplied by the level's weight (level number + 1). Level 0 counts once; Level 5 counts six times.
The contest ranking is the sum of points across the six levels. Only grades count: speed never does.
Coaches on equal points share the same rank. Where a shared rank crosses a prize boundary, the tied coaches sit a dedicated tie-break test (same format, fresh questions, within 7 days of the close); the higher grade ranks higher. If still equal, the higher Level 5 grade decides, then the earlier Level 5 submission.
The leaderboard refreshes automatically. Attempts submitted after the closing moment are not counted.
5. Fair play and integrity
Levels are to be taken alone, without help from other people, books, websites or AI tools.
The platform records, on its own servers, the network and device each attempt is taken from, how fast answers arrive, and whether two accounts share one mailbox or one device. The test page also records tab switching, copying and pasting. All of these signals are reviewed before any prize is awarded; none of them fails a coach automatically.
Sharing questions or answers, account sharing, or any attempt to tamper with the platform leads to removal from the ranking and from future contests.
Champions Hub may ask a prize winner to verify their identity and may run a short verification interview before a prize is released.
6. Winners and announcement
The top 30 on the final ranking at the closing moment are the winners.
Winners are contacted on the email address of their account within 14 days of the close. Prizes are also listed on this page.
A winner who does not reply within 21 days of being contacted forfeits the prize, which passes to the next coach in the ranking.
7. Prizes and delivery
Cash prizes are paid in US dollars by bank transfer or to the winner's Champions Hub wallet within 30 days of verification. Bank fees and any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
Course and diploma prizes are added to the winner's Champions Hub account. They are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a listed programme is no longer available, Champions Hub provides a programme of equal or higher value.
8. Certificates and reports
Every attempt produces a detailed competency report in the coach's account.
Each level has its own pass mark, rising with the level: 50% at Level 0, 58% at Level 1, 65% at Level 2, 72% at Level 3, 78% at Level 4 and 85% at Level 5. Every level passed at or above its mark issues a verified Champions Q certificate with a public verification link.
9. Privacy and publicity
The public leaderboard shows each contender's full name, country and points.
Winners agree that their name, country and photo may be announced on Champions Hub channels.
Personal data is handled under the Champions Hub privacy policy.
10. Changes and decisions
Champions Hub may amend these rules for legal or technical reasons; changes are posted on this page and never reduce prizes already announced.
Decisions of Champions Hub on scoring, eligibility and fair play are final.

How points are calculated
Points on a level = your grade (0–100) × the level's weight. Your total is the sum over the six levels.
Max points
Maximum total
Example: 80% on Level 2 = 80 × 3 = 240 points. 90% on Level 5 = 90 × 6 = 540 points.
Only the grade counts: the share of questions answered correctly on that level.
Level 0 is graded out of 100 like every other level, even though it has 30 questions.
Speed, time left on the clock and the order of finishing never affect points.
Passing is not required for points; it is required for the certificate.
One attempt per level, so every grade is final.
A tie on a prize boundary is settled by a dedicated tie-break test.
Who can enter?
Any football coach aged 18 or over who is a national of, or resident in, a country of the Arab world. Head coaches, assistants, academy, youth, goalkeeper and fitness coaches are all welcome. You only need a free Champions Hub account.
How much does it cost?
Level 0 and Level 5 are free. Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 cost $5 each. There are no other fees.
Why do Levels 1 to 4 cost money?
Three reasons. First, a contest like this is real work: a large bank of questions written from cited sources and reviewed one by one, an assessment engine, hosting, payment processing, anti-cheating review, the prize fund and the marketing that brings the Arab world's coaches together. Second, a small fee keeps the field serious: coaches who pay $5 read every question twice, and the ranking means more when everyone on it meant to be there. Third, you get far more than an entry: every paid level comes with a free Ekkono methodology course worth up to $15, added to your account, plus a detailed competency report that grades your level and, when you pass, a certificate accredited and certified by Champions Hub with a public verification link. Four levels at $5 each buy you four Ekkono courses, six reports, up to six certificates and a shot at prizes worth thousands of dollars. Levels 0 and 5 are free.
How do I start?
Press the golden button. If you are new, fill in the short sign-up form and Level 0 opens straight away. If you already have an account, Level 0 opens with one click.
What is in each level?
Level 0 has 30 questions; Levels 1 to 5 have 50 each, drawn from the Champions Q football-coaching bank: tactics, training design, player development, physical preparation, match analysis and the Laws of the Game. Each level draws from a harder band of the bank than the one before.
How long do I have?
Each level has its own limit, set from how long real coaches take per question: Level 0 20 minutes (30 questions), Level 1 32, Level 2 35, Level 3 36, Level 4 40 and Level 5 45 minutes (50 questions each). The timer does not pause. If time runs out, the answers you saved are scored automatically.
What is the pass mark?
It rises with the level: 50% at Level 0, 58% at Level 1, 65% at Level 2, 72% at Level 3, 78% at Level 4 and 85% at Level 5.
Do I need to pass a level to open the next one?
No. You need to finish it. The next level opens as soon as you submit the previous one, whatever your grade. Passing earns the certificate; every grade counts towards your points.
How are points calculated?
Your grade on each level multiplied by the level's weight (level number + 1): 80% on Level 2 is 240 points. Level 5 is worth six times Level 0, so finishing all six is the way to the top.
What happens if two coaches finish with the same points?
They share the rank. If the tie sits on a prize boundary (for example two coaches tied for 1st, or tied for 30th), Champions Hub creates a dedicated tie-break test for exactly those coaches: same format, fresh questions from the bank, taken within 7 days of the close. The higher grade on that test wins. If it is still equal, the higher Level 5 grade decides, then the earlier Level 5 submission.
What if I do not complete all six levels?
You stay in the ranking with the points you earned. Unfinished levels simply add nothing, so a coach who finishes more levels usually ranks higher.
Can I retake a level?
No. One attempt per level keeps the ranking fair. Use the level's full time wisely and read every question twice.
Can I get a refund after paying for a level?
No. Payments for Levels 1 to 4 are final and non-refundable, whether you have started the level or not and whatever your grade. Level 0 is free, so try it first.
I paid but the level did not open. What now?
Card payments unlock within a minute; bank transfers unlock once we confirm the transfer, usually within a few hours. Refresh the contest page. If it is still locked after that, write to info@champions-hub.com with the email of your account and we open it manually. Your attempt only starts when you press Start, so nothing is lost.
What happens if my connection drops or my phone dies mid-test?
Every answer is saved the moment you pick it. Open the contest page again and press Continue to return to your attempt, on any device. The timer keeps running while you are away, so get back as fast as you can.
What if the timer runs out before I submit?
The answers you saved are scored automatically and the level counts as submitted. Unanswered questions score zero. You cannot reopen the level.
Can I take the test in Arabic or English?
Both. Every question is written in Arabic and English; the test follows the language you are browsing in and you can switch at any time without losing answers.
Can I use books, websites or AI while answering?
No. Levels are taken alone. The platform records the device and network of every attempt and how fast answers arrive, and the test page records tab switching, copying and pasting. These signals are reviewed before prizes are awarded.
What if I think a question or answer key is wrong?
Write to info@champions-hub.com with the level and the question wording within 48 hours of submitting. Our reviewers check it against the source. If the key is wrong, every attempt that included that question is regraded, and the ranking is updated. You are told the outcome either way.
I have two accounts. Which one counts?
Only one account per person is allowed. If two accounts belong to the same person, the earlier account keeps its place and the other is removed from the ranking. Contact us before you start if you need accounts merged.
What if I am suspected of cheating?
Suspicious signals never disqualify anyone automatically. A reviewer looks at the attempt; you may be asked to verify your identity or sit a short verification session. Confirmed cheating removes the attempt and the account from the contest and future contests.
I am not from the Arab world. Can I still take part?
You can take the levels and earn certificates and reports like any coach, but you are not eligible for the prizes and do not appear on the contest board.
Do I get a certificate and a report?
Yes. Every attempt comes with a detailed report of your strengths and focus areas, and every level you pass issues a verified Champions Q certificate with a public verification link, downloadable from your account.
The name on my certificate is wrong. Can it be changed?
Yes. Update your name in your account settings and write to info@champions-hub.com; we reissue the certificate with the corrected name at no cost.
Does Level 0 count even though it is free?
Yes. Every level counts, weighted by its number. A strong Level 0 is the start of your score.
Can I see where I stand?
Yes. The live top 30 is on this page, and when you are signed in you see your own rank and points above it, updated every few minutes.
The leaderboard has not updated after my test.
The board refreshes every few minutes. If your rank has not changed after 10 minutes, reload the page; if it still looks wrong, send us your account email and the level you finished.
Why does the contest run so long? Do I wait until the end for results?
Yes. The contest stays open until {date} on purpose: coaches across the Arab world join at different times, and a long window gives the largest possible number the chance to take part, prepare between levels and benefit from the certificates, reports and free courses along the way. Your own results never wait: every level is graded the moment you submit, your certificate and report appear in your account immediately, and the live leaderboard shows where you stand throughout. Only the prizes are decided when the board freezes at the close.
When does the contest close and when are winners announced?
The board freezes on {date} at 23:59 Cairo time. The top 30 are contacted by email within 14 days, after integrity review and any tie-break tests.
What if a winner does not reply?
A winner who does not answer within 21 days of being contacted forfeits the prize, and it passes to the next coach in the ranking.
How are prizes delivered?
Cash prizes are paid in US dollars by bank transfer or to your Champions Hub wallet within 30 days of verification; bank fees and any taxes are the winner's responsibility. Course and diploma prizes are added to your Champions Hub account and are personal and non-transferable.
What if a prize programme is no longer available?
Champions Hub provides a programme of equal or higher value from the same partner where possible, or another partner otherwise.
Can the contest be extended or changed?
Rules can be amended for legal or technical reasons and the change is posted on this page. Prizes already announced are never reduced. If the platform suffers a major outage near the close, the close is extended by at least the length of the outage and announced here.
